PANATIX Analytical Systems is expanding, and we are looking for our first Sales & Marketing / Commercial Manager to lead our commercial growth in the field of process analyzers, sampling systems, and instrumentation solutions.

This is a strategic hire with a significant impact on shaping our market presence in Egypt and the region.


Role Overview

You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing proposals and tenders, strengthening customer relationships, and coordinating commercial activities with OEMs, EPCs, and end-users.

This is a strategic role with direct impact on PANATIX’s expansion.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies for analyzers, sampling systems, integration projects, and long-term maintenance contracts.
  2. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, conduct client visits, and identify new business opportunities.
  3. Lead tendering activities: RFQ/RFP analysis, costing, pricing, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation.
  4. Strengthen relationships with OEM partners (ABB, PST/Michell, Siemens, Fuji, Buhler, etc.) and support co-marketing activities.
  5. Manage commercial coordination: client communication, proposal submissions, project handover to engineering, and invoicing follow-up.
  6. Support marketing initiatives and enhance PANATIX’s visibility across sectors.


Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of experience in technical sales, instrumentation, analyzers, or commercial roles with EPCs.
  2. Strong understanding of industrial sectors (oil & gas, petrochemicals, power, fertilizers, steel, water treatment).
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Engineering background preferred (Instrumentation, Electrical, Chemical).
  5. Self-driven, organized, and capable of leading a sales function.
