PANATIX Analytical Systems is expanding and seeking a hands-on, reliable Instrumentation Technician to support installation, repair, and integration activities for analyzer systems, sampling systems, and industrial instrumentation projects.
This role is highly field-oriented and workshop-oriented, ideal for someone who enjoys practical technical work and problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission instrumentation and analyzer components (tubing, fittings, transmitters, sensors, regulators, sample lines, cabinets, etc.)
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on analyzers, sampling systems, and field instrumentation
- Assist engineers in wiring, panel integration, and system assembly inside the workshop
- Support onsite work: mechanical installation, cable routing, sample line preparation, and termination
- Conduct leak tests, flow checks, and basic calibration support
- Read and work with P&IDs, GA drawings, simple wiring diagrams, and installation guides
- Prepare basic service reports and follow internal procedures
- Follow PANATIX and site HSE rules at all times
Qualifications
- Technical diploma or degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or similar
- 1–3 years experience in field instrumentation, industrial maintenance, or installation work
- Hands-on skills in tubing, fittings, electrical terminations, and mechanical installation
- Good understanding of industrial sensors, valves, field instruments, and signal types
- Ability to work under engineers’ supervision on complex systems
- Willingness to travel for site jobs and occasional short assignments
Preferred but Not Required
- Experience with analyzers, CEMS, SWAS, or sampling systems
- Knowledge of Swagelok / Parker tubing & fittings
- Basic electrical troubleshooting
- Exposure to oil & gas, power, or industrial sites
